The Principals are a father and daughter team who worked together at Destiny Solutions (now Modern Campus) and developed a strong partnership around strategic visioning, go to market activity, and operational excellence.

The two have complementary skillsets that amount to more than the sum of their parts. Beyond that, both are straight shooters who deal ethically and transparently with customers, employees, and investors.

Principal

Shaul is a lifelong entrepreneur and student of business.  He spent 20 years as the founder and CEO of a B2B EdTech company with a mission that significantly outpaced its footprint. The company lead the industry by finding new ways to connect with customers and deliver products—and was even the first in the space to offer software-as-a-service.

Following a successful private equity exit, Shaul has maintained a position on the Board and continues to support the success of the company. He is a well-rounded leader and advisor with strong financial acumen and expertise across business operations.  He is passionate about building company culture with top-to-bottom alignment and credits his success to building an A-player team committed to learning, iterating, and always delivering.

Rachel is a passionate operator and people-first leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving substantial business growth. With recent roles including CMO and SVP of Marketing & Business Development, she has built predictable growth engines across various industries and led efforts to scale and accelerate operations.

Rachel brings significant sales, marketing, and organizational expertise, excelling at both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. Known for creative and contextual go-to-market strategies that generate outsized ROI, she is passionate about finding unique ways to win—even against much larger competitors.

Beyond business results, Rachel is committed to building strong, engaged teams. She empowers subject matter experts, fosters collaboration, and ensures that specialized knowledge drives company success. Her leadership has consistently resulted in exceptional team engagement, with eNPS scores of 100. She also has a proven ability to guide teams through transitions while preserving and enhancing the core strengths of the businesses she leads.
